Delicious Non-Tox Smoothie

There are certain foods that help the body cleanse toxins and this recipe is full of them! This combo is also full of antioxidants and a good dose of omega’s from the ground flax, which helps to ground the flavors. It’s delicious and so light and I’m excited for you to give it a try! Delicious Non-Tox Smoothie

This is such a refreshing, naturally detoxifying smoothie to enjoy regularly!

Ingredients

Scale

1 cup frozen blueberries

1 cup kale (frozen kale works, too)

1 banana

1 lemon, juiced

1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated

1 tbsp ground flax seed

1 cup water

Instructions

Blend on high speed in a blender.  Make sure to give it enough time.  Oftentimes, with kale, blend for at least 1 minute. 

Serve in a glass with stainless steel straw.  Enjoy!
