Delicious Non-Tox Smoothie

This is such a refreshing, naturally detoxifying smoothie to enjoy regularly!
Ingredients
1 cup frozen blueberries
1 cup kale (frozen kale works, too)
1 banana
1 lemon, juiced
1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
1 tbsp ground flax seed
1 cup water
Instructions
Blend on high speed in a blender. Make sure to give it enough time. Oftentimes, with kale, blend for at least 1 minute.
Serve in a glass with stainless steel straw. Enjoy!
