Eight months ago I knew that I didn't feel like "me" anymore, but didn't realize just how poorly I was feeling and how poorly my body was functioning until I look at how much better I feel today!  Through dietary work (and it WAS work, but a SMALL portion of time in the grand scheme of life!) and lifestyle changes, Stephanie has helped me work my way toward finding the root cause of my autoimmune disease symptoms.  The education and personalized instruction I've received is awesome.  It is awesome to have someone who's as excited about my healing journey as I am and help me prioritize where to work on each session.  It's a blessing to have enjoyment in my life and family again and not just count down to bedtime every single day.  I am forever grateful!

Hiring Stephanie Wharton as my wellness coach was the best decision I have made in many years.  I had been struggling with joint pain, chronic sinus issues and some other health issues for many years. I had been to my yearly physical with my doctor and said that I was going to hire a wellness coach to help me figure out how to manage my health better and he and my ear nose and throat doctor agreed it was a good idea. 

The result of my six months under Stephanie’s consultations was more than remarkable.

I now have a wellness protocol that I live by and feel better than I have in I do not know how years. My joint pain is gone, my sinus issues are corrected and I have more energy than I have in a very long time. Now the trick is to continue to follow what Stephanie has taught me. I totally think you should give this approach to wellness a try if you are thinking about hiring her, with this caveat; you need to be prepared to make changes, do what she recommends and you need to be ready to be feel better.

For the past decade, I lived with chronic fatigue and pain. One day, I happened to see a Facebook post from an old friend announcing her Health Coaching endeavor and that she was now accepting clients. I reached out to her to learn more. Little did I know that this would be the best thing I could’ve ever done for myself and my family. 

Stephanie scheduled a free consultation with me. We discussed my health history and she immediately gave me a couple of concrete things that we could do to improve my overall well-being. (Pay close attention to the “we” – because once you’re onboard, she’s on your team. Permanently.) I was a little skeptical at first (having had no luck with traditional medical doctors). But, I was tired of being tired and achy all the time and with nothing to lose, we scheduled 6 months worth of sessions. 

During our first phone session, it became very clear very quickly that Stephanie had spent a considerable amount of time doing some research about my specific health concerns. WOW! She gave me some concrete things to do to start to heal myself. We set our goals and we were on the road to healing. Little did I know that within a week or two, I would experience such drastic progress. For the first time in a decade, I was experiencing some pain free days. Also, I had energy. I was beginning to feel human again. It was wonderfully exciting!  

Our sessions continued and we continued to tweak my plan accordingly. But, really, there wasn’t much tweaking. Steph got it right immediately. She opened my eyes to a whole new world. A healthy, happier world. 

Six months later, I have lost almost 30 pounds (purely coincidentally as this wasn’t really a goal for me), am exercising every day and am probably in the best shape I’ve been in in my life. I sleep restfully every night. I no longer experience headaches or pain of any kind. My family is thrilled that I have the energy to do things with them now whether it’s playing soccer, doing summersaults in the yard, swimming, hiking or just cooking in the kitchen, they’re glad to have mom back. And, mom is thrilled to be there.
